Class Descriptions
Asian Fusion
A combination of meditation, pranayama (breath) techniques, qi gong exercises, and yoga.
Basic Beginner Yoga
Introduction to postures (asanas) and breath. Recommended after taking the beginners series or if you are just getting back into yoga.
Body Sculpt
This class will incorporate alternating free weights, bands, exercise balls, yoga and pilates moves to give you a total body workout. Modification shown for all levels.
Intermediate Yoga
Class will focuses on more challenging postures and dynamic sequences. This class is for the more advanced student.
Free Monthly Meditation
This class will be held the first Sunday of the month.
Open Flow Yoga
Building heat using a flow of breath and movements incorporating Sun Salutations.
Open Yoga
For all levels using a combination of yoga styles for complete mind, body practice.
Pilates Fusion
Stretch and strengthen your core and your entire body with Pilates and Yoga.
Qi Gong
In this energy cultivating class you will learn a series of static and non static postures that utilize the body, mind, and spirit. Bringing conscious awareness to your breath and the present moment, qi gong, literally meaning breath exercise, will improve energy flow and blood circulation to the brain, to all the organ systems of the body, and also to the joints and limbs promoting overall health and well being.

Belly Dancing
Come learn this ancient art of dance in a warm and non-judgmental environment. Belly Dancing will take you to the magic and mystery of your innate feminine energy. Natalia will teach you the sensual and organic movements of belly dance while encouraging you to have fun and feel sexy.
Beginners Series
New student? Come learn the foundation of yoga at Hall of Light. In this class you will learn some of the history of yoga, different pranayama techniques (breath) and asanas (postures). Through all you will be taught the connection between the mind, body, and spirit making you aware of the incomparable benefits of Yoga.
Kid’s Classes (5 week series)- Coming Soon!
3-4 Years Old
Partner with your child in simple poses and parent child yoga games.
5-7 Years Old
Your child will fly like a butterfly, stand tall as a tree, & be still as a Mountain. Simple yoga stories are combined with yoga poses.
Mommy & Me (4 months to 18 months)
Moms get back into shape while strengthening the bond between you and your baby. You will interact with your child as you massage, sing, and play.
